Meet Joseph and Christina Masters – New Owners of RJ’s Tire Pros & Auto Experts
We’re Joseph and Christina Masters, a husband-and-wife team excited to serve the Yakima community as the proud new owners of RJ’s Tire Pros & Auto Experts.
Joseph’s Story:
Joseph’s passion for cars began early, spending much of his youth tinkering in garages. In 2006, he pursued his dream of working in the automotive industry by attending WyoTech, where he trained as an Automotive Technician. Joseph has always dreamed of owning his own shop and being his own boss. Whether it’s working on vehicles or hitting the trails for some rock crawling in his truck, Joseph’s love for cars runs deep.
Christina’s Background:
Christina brings a wealth of experience in retail and hospitality management, including years of customer service in wineries and other industries. Currently, she works as a Project Coordinator and Accounts Receivable specialist for a new home construction company. With a focus on organization and exceptional customer care, Christina is ready to bring her skills to the family business.
Our Journey:
We first met in Napa in 2002 and remained friends through life’s twists and turns. In 2010, our friendship blossomed into a relationship, and by 2015, we blended our lives and families together in marriage. Today, we are proud parents to seven wonderful children and one grandchild.
Our Yakima Roots:
In 2018, we settled in Yakima, Joseph’s hometown, drawn by the welcoming community and beautiful weather. This place quickly became home for our family, and now we’re thrilled to give back by providing top-notch tire and auto repair services to our neighbors.

Michael - Store Manager
Born and raised in Yakima, I have built strong relationships and a solid foundation in the local automotive industry. With over 18 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to keeping vehicles running smoothly and customers satisfied.
I spent a year at GAP Auto Parts before taking on a management role at Triangle, where I spent over 15 years leading teams and ensuring top-quality service. I also hold a welding certificate, further expanding my expertise in the industry.
Now, as part of the team at RJ’s for the past two years, I’m loving every moment—continuing to bring my passion for automotive excellence to the community I call home.
