Randy was introduced to me by a friend, who told me not to trust him. He got me a good deal for a set of tires for my old car. But I got a hole in one and they fixed it, lost one of my hard to find hub caps and wouldn’t replace it. Then when I got another flat, found they had kept my spare. A brand new tire and wheel. I got a new car and the tires were Big O a respectable tire dealer that had been there for a long time. Had a tire that was leaking, had to take it back three times, the third time they they changed the wrong tire and kept my good tire. They showed me a tire and said it was mine, I believed them, stupid me. Got home and they had changed the wrong tire! The one my friends marked was still on my car!
Mary It has been a struggle to service your vehicles over the last couple of years. I'm surprised That Jim your friend that introduced us said not to trust me because I have sold Jim several sets of tires in the last couple of years. It was not that I did not want to replace your hub cap I could not find one for a 1987 Toyota Tercel. If we kept your spare it is by accident and this is the first I have been aware of the issue. As for the flat on your new car to you. I did not charge you for the flat repairs on the "Big O" tires that I did not sell you, after several attempts you wanted the tire on your spare changed to the car we did and it may have been the wrong tire, but it was going flat also. You did not have the money at the time and I let you leave after 4 days you you wanted the bad tire back which I showed you the problems with the tire a plug and a repair that can loose and you refused to pay me for the work we had done. The tires on your used car are least 5 yrs old and are in need of replacing. I am sorry you felt we did you wrong some times we just can't fix all the problems that arise on a limited budget. I wish there was more I could do.
