Owner is a asshole, they are stealing from customer, he gave me a price then next he changes the price, I told him he is a theft, he got mad and close to me right on my face cussing at me, I told him to back off. This guy should not own a business
JR first I would like to apologize for losing my temper it was very unprofessional. Yes I will say again as our conversation went that I quoted you a price with parts and labor, you brought in the brake controller that was part of my quote.I said that you had change the deal" and I needed more money for labor to install parts that you where supplying . You stated that you did not know that kind of control I was going to sell you implying to me I would some how sell inferior parts. At that time I very nicely said that this deal was not going to work out for us and I did not want to do the job. So just to be clear money did not change hands so. From there you implied by saying I only pay my guys minimum wage that some how I cheated them then turned around in my showroom and yelled at my customers that a thief I was and they should all leave. I pay my guys very well so I do need to make a profit,a lot of shops will not put in customer parts and when I do I charge more for labor so I can stay in business. I have a reputation for being up front and honest and that's what I was trying to do I was hoping we could have been nicer to each other and parted ways civilly but we did not and for that I am truly sorry.
